Why Riselight Exists-Erika Till
Erika founded Riselight Co after nearly a decade inside technology companies. Present through every stage of growth, every department, and every moment where the system got tested.
She wasn't just in one lane. She built departments, managed client relationships and partnerships, owned people ops, and served as the connective tissue between teams that didn't always talk to each other. She heard the frustrations from every angle — every department, every client, every team navigating the gap between what was promised and what they could actually deliver.
She learned something inside that work that shapes everything Riselight does: the product is rarely the problem. The operating system behind it is.
That view is what Riselight is built on.
Riselight is built as a collective. A network of experienced independent operators with deep roots inside technology companies building and delivering the product, and alongside the clients and teams using it.

Nicole Rahm
Nicole is one of those people.
Nicole brings over a decade of leadership across restaurant operations and the military. Two environments where standards aren’t optional and execution is everything. She has led teams across single locations and franchise brands, owning staff training, brand standards, and guest experience from the inside. Her background spans coaching, managing, and building the systems that turn what’s on paper into what actually happens on the floor. She knows the difference between a standard that exists and a standard that sticks.
